I want to prepare some thingyan specific foods and treat my friends. Can you help me the best and easy way to do it? Thanks in advance!

Mont Lone Yay Paw is the most famous and easiest one to do yourself. You shoild try it. See this youtube link. It'll help you! Wishing you to get the best Happy Thingyan. :)
