Who owns the name "Mandalay"?

I just found the big resort and casino named "Mandalay Bay" .. and i start thinking how many hotels, roads or products named Mandalay ... 

 

Do you know more?

Ha ha.. great hotel.. we should go and play casino .. :) .. Mandalay is a popular name .. in my singapore, there's a road named Mandalay.. It's many business centers. 

 

Now i'm also drinking Mandalay wines , product of Australia.. 

 

Okay, let's drink Mandalay wine at the Mandalay road! :)

Ha ha.. 

 

Nobody owns that name.. may be said as "common name" according to the law. Nobody did copy right for that name..and it's not the trade name. So, anyone can use it freely.
