I have seen this pagoda so many times in many media. And I found out the name is Sule. I just wonder how to pronounce in burmese language and is there any special meaning?

Yes. If I'm not mistaken, it  is the only pagoda located in the heart of downtown Yangon, occupying the centre of the city and an important space in contemporary Burmese politics, ideology and geography.
But the name has no special meaning in my opinion.
