My partner and I are keen to learn about Burmese traditional foods, spices and cooking. Does anyone know about any affordable (we are on a very tight budget) cooking lessons? We would also be interested in exchanging teaching a bit of English/French/German in return.

We are going to be in Yangon at the beginning and at the end of our three week trip, but will most likely be cycling in between. We haven’t a set route yet, but are thinking about cycling from Lake Inle to Mandalay via Old Bagan. So we could also stop for a few days in nearby towns during this time.

I look forward to your replies 🙂
